  • You joined us as a part of the clubs membership


We use the information that you have given us in order to check dates and availability, accept or confirm bookings and reservations and respond to your messages and enquiries.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep names and contact details for the duration of our running season. We will then dispose your information by deleting emails, database entries and/or digital copies.
